Engaging and fun student assemblies for K-12 students with practical social-emotional learning (SEL) skills rooted in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. I get them moving and empower students to manage stress, deal with test anxiety, and social pressures, while improving their fitness, and building healthy relationships. Through this fun assembly, students gain the tools to build a “CALM CAMPUS”!
