Here are 4 quick things to remember about setting boundaries which will be helpful for our healthy journey to Feeling Free

1.Self-awareness: Start by understanding your own needs, values, and limits. Reflect on your emotions, energy levels, and what makes you feel comfortable or uncomfortable in various situations. A deep breath helps to do so.

2.Identify your boundaries: Define the specific areas where you need boundaries. This could involve your time, personal space, emotions, work-life balance, or even your values and beliefs.

3.Communicate your boundaries: Clearly and assertively express your boundaries to others. Use "I" statements to convey your feelings and needs without blaming or accusing. Be direct and honest, and choose an appropriate time and place for these conversations.

4.Practice self-compassion: Remember that setting boundaries is an act of self-respect and self-care. Be kind to yourself throughout this process and recognize that it's okay to make mistakes along the way.
